1. Admission Fees (Non-Refundable)

Please note that all admission fees are strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances. This includes one-time registration or onboarding fees paid at the time of joining a course or program.

2. Course Fees Refunds

a) Live Courses / Instructor-led Classes
You may request a refund within 7 days of the course start date, though the admission fees in non-refundable.
To be eligible, you must not have attended more than 2 live sessions.

Refunds are not applicable if:
You have accessed/downloaded course materials extensively.
You have completed more than 20% of the course.

You should not have completed or accessed more than 15% of the course content.

3. Digital Products & Study Materials

PDFs, eBooks, or downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Please check the preview/sample content before purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

4. Cancellation by Sahasra Education

If a course is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (low enrollment, technical issues, etc.), you will be eligible for:
A full refund, or
A free rescheduling to another available batch

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Technical issues due to user-end internet/device problems
Change of mind after accessing the majority of the course
Failure to attend scheduled classes without informing us in advance
